Hello and welcome to the data protection page

We hold your work email address and full name in order for the system to run effectively.

We use your office location to make sure you can access assets that are closest to you.

We also track your activity on the system in order to provide savings reports to the admin on the system as well making sure it runs well for you.

We will send you notifications to help you use the system better. You can choose to manage the frequency of these communications here.

If you do not want to be part of the system you can delete your account at any time and your data will be held for 18 months and then deleted.
